cancelation fees that the guest was unaware of receiving based on timing of his cancelationsThis $reflects cancelation fees refunded for reservation numbers *** *** *** *** *** and *** These reservations were canceled online and therefore, charged $per reservation automatically - $in totalThere were additional reservations numbers, FDVFH and D6VFH that were canceled by the guest over the phone and in those instances, we already refunded the guest charges in full and waived the $fees at the same timeThe $refund request was submited on September 1st and should be received by the guest within - business days from that date
