We are sorry that our customers J*** *** and Family where Not satisfied with the City Tour provided by Xaberia Tours on May 23rd They where
assigned a Tour Guide and a driver for the City excursionAll are Guides and Transportation VANS are legitiment and regulated by the Washington Metropolitan area transit Authority License #I believe the problem Was that this Tour Was Not private and that the passangers had difficulty keeping Up with the Tour, at the end of the Tour they simply 'Walked Out' Mr*** wanted his money back and another form of Tour for compersation, I mention to him that We could not provide him with a private Tour, but that We Will not charge his agency for the Tour service We rendered.Mr *** Never paid Xaberia Tours directly therefore he should get his money back from the agency he booked originaly in Argentina.Dwight W***Xaberia Tours Inc.*** *** *** ***Clarksburg, Maryland
