I signed up for a trial trial product and the price was 5 dollars. I was charged 189 dollars and I was not notified that, that was the final price.
I was charged Monday l, Aug. 12, 2019. I thought I was signing up for a trial product and the price was only 5 dollars. I was charged immediately after entering my debit card information. I was charged $189.90. I called them and asked for a refund. I was old I would be given a refund within two days and I wasn't. I have tried contacting them via phone several times and the number has been disconnected. I spoke with a customer service rep named Anthony.

Signed up for a free trial and company continued to bill for products even those that were on free trial basis. Tried to cancel but company won't.
Order T complex on trial basis X ripped was added. On November 30, 2017. In January bottle of X ripped shipped never ordered, tried to cancel but company doesn't answer phone on hold over an hour finally took their advice to leave a call back number but over a week and no call back. have sent a letter to cancel.
