2 warranty replacements units are in today's post. X-1 has ceased operations so please advise so please advise how these are handled going forward.
This is the 3rd Revdex.com complaint in the past few weeks and I am now wondering if some sort of scam is...
being perpetrated.

Review: I purchased an X-1 Audio "Interval" waterproof headphone set through Amazon.com in January 2015. This item is covered by a 1 year warranty, which was very important to me since this item is used in water. This week, the left earbud speaker stopped working. I have attempted to contact X-1 to provide exchange but the website www.x-1.com is constantly down, and phone number is disconnected or no longer in service (858-623-0339). In short, there is no way to contact X-1 to use the warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like X-1 to provide a replacement.

Review: I purchased an X-1 Audio "Interval" waterproof headphone set through [redacted]com on 2/4/2015. One of the main reasons I purchased this is because of the 1 year mfg warranty offered by X-1. Last week, the locking mechanism on the plastic case just broke for no reason other than probably being brittle. Have tried to reach X-1 to provide exchange but they appear to be not only out of business, but erased from existence. Their website is down, ( www.x-1.com ) phone number is disconnected (858-623-0339) and their [redacted] page hasn't been updated since 8/2014 ( https://www.[redacted] ). I guess I'm just stuck here with a shoddy product that shouldn't have been sold in the first place.Desired Settlement: Please replace product.

Review: I purchased a pair of X-1 Women's Momentum In-Ear Headphones from City Sports in Porter Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts on January 3rd 2015 for $49.99. The warranty on the box extends for one year, and claims that all X-1 products have a "no questions asked 1 year warranty". I used these headphones about 3 times a week, until April of 2015, when they simply stopped working. I finally had the opportunity to return to City Sports last week to return the headphones for a new pair. City Sports informed me that they only allow a 30-day return of products, and that I would have to take this up with X-1. I called both of the customer support numbers listed on their website (http://www.x-1.com/support.php) and received no response: one is simply a busy dial tone, and the other ALWAYS connects to a full voice mail box when prompted to leave a message on their customer service line. I have tried the live chat, which also does not work. I have also complied with their online process for returning the headphones to receive a new pair under the warranty, and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I am very frustrated, since I now feel that this company has scammed me and does not actually comply with federal regulations. I would like a new set of these headphones, as "100% guaranteed" under their warranty. If this is impossible, then I would my money back so that I can buy workout headphones from a more credible company.

Review: I have 2 water proof "Interval" iPod cases. Both within warrantee. Both have problems. One leaks, on the other one of the ear phones has gone out. I have submitted appropriate the return application and never received the "RA" form. Ive emailed and phoned and left messages. There has been no response. This has gone on now for 2 months.Desired Settlement: I would like two new "Interval" Ipod cases. Or I would like refunds for both.
