THEY ARE THE WORST. I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM WITH BBB. WHO PAYS FOR A CAR THAT HAS NO AIR SERVICE AND A WARRANTY? NO DEFROST, NO AIR CONDITIONING . PLUS STILL MAKING PAYMENTS
I will say I was really scared to bring my car in after reading the reviews. I just knew It was going to be the worst-case scenario. I was having a problem with my vehicle around 3,000 miles after I took it off the lot. I want to say that it had some SERIOUS engine issues, and although there were a few things they didn't cover, a few bolts and valves, they did cover a little over $2,000.00. I was left with paying for the diagnostics, and the $100 copay as well, but they did even offer me to use a car until my vehicle was fixed. I didn't take it, because I already had my brother drop off his spare at the shop before I knew anything.
I have to write a review because I don't see really any positive ones online & fear people don't report the good ones. I never had this warranty company before, but so thankful for everything they have done for me.
How did you get into contact with them as I work at a mechanical shop and they are ignoring me... This customer has been trying to get in touch with them since the day he bought his truck. Per the transmission went up the 1st day, they did not replace that, now he is trying to get thru Maryland inspection and they will not answer me. I spent more money on the warranty then what it would cost to fix the issues.
I Bought a truck and took it back the same day to David Stanley service engine light came on they wiped a sensor off then it came back on the next day took it back in and 3 months later transmission and radiator went out so I took it to Nissan and Nissan told Wynn Plus I needed a new transmission but they wanted it broken down so I sent it to Aamco they fought with Wynn to replace it while I was driving a rental for 3 months while paying a car note spent almost $4,000 dollars on the rental they only reimbursed me the maximum $150.00 dollars they are crooks
Review: I purchased the Wynn warranty with my Vehicle for Joseph Sage Auto. Bad Ideal two bad companies to work with! I have had to pay for almost every repair needed for my vehicle. Even though it states it should be covered. The company does not honor their own contract. The customer service agents are Very rude and unhelpful. No matter what the repair is, the company will try to blame you or find a way around not paying for it. Their warranty service is basically worthless! My vehicle has needed many repairs that should be covered but I had to pay out of pocket for them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for up to the contract amount $1530 being they did nothing as stated in their contract.
Review: I just purchased a car about 2 months now and the clutch of the car burned out. The clutch of the car has never been done for 84,000 miles and Wynn won't cover the 3400 dollars it cost too fix the car.Desired Settlement: I would love for them too acknowledge that I am still under 90 days of ownership and that the warranty clearly state lunricayed parts and I believe some parts should be covered or at least the job should be covered it is unfair
Review: I have been 5 weeks without my car . The transmission went and it was covered under warranty. . To this day they have failed tremendously to help. They have sent 2 transmissions and I was not the right one the 2nd one wasn't no good now we have a 3rd on the way .They only offered a rental for 4 days but with me payin up front then gettin reimbursed .. I paid out of pocket for 7 day rental. I wasn't expecting to be this long without vehichle.. I have made several attempts to call and voice my concerns and so has the dealership and we have fallen on deaf ears with nothing.This is the first time in my life ever having a car payment and it has been the worst experience in my life. I feel they should have compensated for the entire time of being without my vehicle and all they say is its not there problem it's a 3rd parties issue and they aren't paying nothing cause they did there part. I feel this is very unprofessional and I want them reported I was treated with absolutely no respect and they have offered absolutely nothing . It's becoming a very bad situation when I have to constantly get a ride back and forth to work or I would lose my job. I'm not near a bus station either so this has but a tremendous strain on my life and not counting the money I am out for gas to people who are helping me out . It's just not fair that this company can get by with this and not really care about there customers .I'm at my breaking point they don't take no fault in any of this at all and as far as I'm concerned they are more at fault then this 3rd party is because if they would have just let the dealership put in there transmission in I would have had my car that first week but the warranty company said it was too much money but here we are 5 weeks later and 2 transmissions later with 3rd on the way and I still have no car.Desired Settlement: To have my car back and for them to refund not only for the 7 days of car rental in the beginning but the refund for the transmission filter and the deductible .
Review: Purchased a 09 Dodge Caliber a year ago with an extended warranty through Wynn's Plus. Since I've purchased the car, it's been having transmission issues (without prior knowledge). There's been a few times when I'll be on the highway and suddenly the car will start decelerating while driving. I took the car by a Dodge dealership and they realize that it's a transmission issue, however Wynn won't replace it because they want the transmission broken down. If the dealer breaks down the transmission, it will then not be usable afterwards, and it's not definite that Wynn will fix it afterwards. My transmission is one unit and not multiple. However, Wynn claims they will not fix it unless it is broken down. Therefore, I purchased a car that isn't usable.Desired Settlement: I will like to be reimbursed for the cost of the rental and diagnose fees that I had to come out of pocket for, as well as the replacement of the transmission that Wynn's Plus Coverage said that they will replace. Chrysler stated the transmission in my car is one piece and the only way to fix the issue is to replace the whole thing. Driving this car is a safety hazard for me as well as my passengers. We've come too close of getting into an accident on a highway with cars and trucks.
