My name is Sonya H[redacted] partner of Wynn’s Construction Services LLC.
We entered a contract for framing a fishing cabin in January 2016 for a sum of 22160.00 Our customer was so happy with the framing contract that she asked for a second contract for the sum of 4716.00. When we were...
finished she gave such a great review on Facebook and even got mad when the group deleted the post. She also paid both contracts in full, signaling her approval. She called us in April and asked if we could help her hang doors and fixtures, we truly thought we had developed a friendship and [redacted] helped her do misalliance work as a friend and did not charge her a dime. It was not until May she called and told us the cabin did not pass inspection. We can understand her frustration with not passing inspection and [redacted] told her he would do whatever needed to be done to get her in compliance. She never supplied us with a report but told us we needed to add Z metal and redo supports for the porch. [redacted] did go to Home Depot and they did not have the Z metal at that time. We did purchase beams for the porch and it was in [redacted] opinion that the foundation, he did not install was faulty. He told her he would fix it by adding concrete tubes but before I could set a date with her, she ran us down on social media then called and informed [redacted] that she had paid someone else to do the work and they found all sorts of problems and she wanted reimbursed. we have been willing and are still willing to work with her to resolve this dispute. We have asked customer for receipts and estimates she claims to have received but has not yet given us copies. We suggest that if there is still work to be done, we can settle this by
1. Making the needed repairs or
2. Give us permission to subcontract the work out in which we will be responsible for the bill or
3. Make a formal claim
Customer satisfaction is key and I truly hope we can resolve this matter in a way she will be satisfied.
Sincerely,
Sonya H[redacted]
