I paid for the hotel room before I arrived. I was then charged three additional times for the room.I was moved because the other rooms I was put in had not been cleaned and clearly slept in. I noticed I had been charged 3 additional times. I called to try to refund the almost 1000$ in unauthorized charges and they refused multiple times claiming the only way I'd get a refund was to go through and dispute it with my bank. Yesterday they tried to charge me three additional times causing my bank to lock my account and cancel my cards.
