Wyndham Philadelphia

We booked this hotel for our wedding and blocked off a night for April 10th 2020. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the hotel for several weeks via email and phone and received no response. I found out by looking up online that they were permanently closed. We had to contact all of our guests and change hotels. When filing a dispute through my credit card, they weren’t able to continue with it because the hotel miraculously opened again. I called them and they told me that since it wouldn’t effect my wedding date they didn’t feel the need to tell me. They had a fire and had to close down but the website still says permanently closed. Corporate didn’t even know they were closed.
