Good afternoon, I am reaching out in response to the attached complaint we received in the mail filed by [redacted] regarding $70 in parking fees he was told were free. I attempted to call [redacted] at the phone number on the attached complaint and got no answer. I sent him an email...

apologizing for the miscommunication and stated that I would waive the fee and credit his card, but the card in questions has expired and I would need the new card expiration date in order to process the refund. I am not sure what the process is with the Revdex.com moving forward. This was a case of miscommunication and [redacted] never made an attempt to contact me directly for a resolution. Please advise as to how I can close/remove this complaint. Thank you for your time.   All the best, [redacted]
