Contracted to replace flat surfaces of wood deck with composite maintaining original deck design Work was substandardOriginal deck design modified leaving 80% less countertop and seating Work area not cleaned Left old work on grass for over weeks Grass dies Refused to warranty work although that was part of the original contract Works as a subcontractor for other businesses - BUYER BEWARE!!! Had another contractor inspect work Noted multiple violations and substandard practices Nails and screws all over deck and pool area Now it will cost twice as much to repair/replace work

On or about September 30, 2015, I paid Wylie Construction $1,000.00 as a down payment for the construction of an outdoor kitchen. Wylie Construction's representative, Robert T[redacted], agreed to process all of the paperwork necessary to get
approved from my Home Owner's Association (HOA). The plan submitted by Wylie Construction showed the patio/outdoor kitchen on top of the house, not in the backyard. The plan was never approved by the HOA, and the proposed outdoor kitchen was not built. I requested to be refund the $1,000.00 payment, sent him a letter from my attorney (certified mail and regular mail). Wylie Construction, has ignored the demand letter, not communicated with me, and not refunded my deposit. Wylie Construction's failure constitutes a breach of contract.
