This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in years of home ownership in this areaThey were unprofessional and disrespectful from the beginning (they missed two installation dates and didn't bother to call me to tell me they wouldn't be coming, the when the installers came they disregarded my instructions regarding my sump pump with caused a massive flood in my basement)I have never been able to get a straight answer on the phone about where to buy the rock salt the filtration system needs
I have called and emailed them weekly for service because the system isn't working properly, and have only gotten one response, from their sales rep who only gave me hours notice of his arrival, and I was in another state at the timeDespite asking for help constantly I've been ignored to the point where I gave the owner an ultimatum and threatened legal action
Still no reply
After months I suspect they're waiting until the warranty expires on the equipment so they will not have to stand by the service contract
The system I bought cost $5700, and it hasn't ever worked properlyMy experience with this company has been first, disappointing, then frustrating, now infuriating and frankly offensive and it seems my only recourse is to take them to court to try to get my money back so I can hire a legitimate company to reinstall a system that works properly
I would never reccomend this company to anyone and strongly advise others to stay away

Review: Ordered my items on January 13, 2015 in the amount of $203.00. To date items have not been received nor will the business answer the phone. Left multiple messages, submitted an inquiring twice via their website "contact us" with no response.Desired Settlement: $203.00 for payment of items not received.
