We have been out to this location and we have ordered the part for the customer once it is in our warehouse we will have a service tech out there to install the piece of trim.
I would like you to take note that this customer is not Alexander companies customer, we are doing this in good service, the previous homeowner did not transfer warranty of product and Alexander company has a 4 year warranty on workmanship.

We have got into contact with the customer. He was out of the country for some time and we are schedule for a home visit Monday April 2nd to resolve his issues. We can report further once this is completed.
