I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I* *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The only last request I have and will be contacting the business named above is the actual invoice. Tbe erroneous conclusion expressed on the last message from the company was due to different conversations with the receptionist, she never indicated at any time it was due to a deductible amount, but the conversations done were due to diabetic shoes that leaked. After receiving the actual invoice showing the deductible amount due, I can close out the complaint and consider the matter closed
