We ordered three boxes of wunderkeks cookies: chocolate chip, everything and the brownies. This company has multiple Facebook pages and advertises their products as being “the best” and show photographs of huge, delicious looking cookies. When our order arrived, the cookies were crushed and melted. The remnants that were left were pieces of cookies or severely melted and crushed. The pieces that were left did not taste good. Not only were these cookies not as described, they were advertised fraudulently. When I contacted this company via Facebook multiple times, I got no reply. They have since deleted my comments from their Facebook page and blocked me from leaving further messages on their Facebook page. This is a fraudulent company who relies on fake reviews and refuses to respond to complaints. Their false advertising lures people in to buy the product and then they ignore them when their mediocre product is delivered. How sad that companies such as Wunderkeks takes advantage of hard working people, especially during an international pandemic.
We ordered the chocolate chip cookies. They tasted stale very commercial and horrible. They will not respond to emails Facebook messages or phone messages. They state return must be within 3 days and accompanied with a RMA# issued by them but they will not respond. We want our money back.

I made a purchase on 05/25/20 for 3 items. I paid a total of $55.92. I received my order on 06/03/20 and saw that 1 item I received was incorrect. I sent this company an email and an message through their website stating that I did not receive my whole order. I did not hear back so I send a message on Instagram on 06/04/20 and on Facebook on 06/06/20 and 06/09/20 but still did not get a response. I finally received a response through email on 06/10/20 asking if I wanted the item or a refund. Since I was not confident in this company I asked for a refund that same day. I have not received my refund so I send another email on 6/23/20 and another Facebook message on 07/01/20. It is now 07/08/20 and I still have not received a response or refund of $13.99 plus shipping costs.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, a refund fro $17.32 has been issued, covering the missing item and 1/3 of the shipping cost. No return will be required.
I purchased cookies from www.wunderkeks.com on June 5, 2020. Specifically, “best chocolate chip cookies ever” & “greatest hits variety pack”. Total purchase price $33.77 for 12 cookies!! I received the cookies & they did not look like the pictures on the website. The cookies I received were dry & crumbly. While eating one, I bit into and chewed a foreign object. I immediately spit it onto the plastic cover of container. It was plastic. I took pictures of it after spitting it out, as well as rinsing it off. I emailed the company alerting them to the contaminated cookie, requested a refund & offered to return the remaining cookies via USPS priority mail at their expense. They did not respond so I sent more emails. I finally heard back on a June 10, 2020 and they offered a free batch of cookies or a refund. I emailed back telling them I wanted my refund of $33.77, not more cookies. Didn’t hear back from them again! Sent 2 more emails with no response. On June 15, 2020 a refund of $11.89 was credited to my bank account, not my purchase price of $33.77. I sent another email asking why I wasn’t refunded my purchase price. Still waiting to hear back. Extremely poor customer service. Doesn’t appear to be a professionally run business. Too many chances. I must report them.
This was an unfortunate misunderstanding, the customer did have an issue with her order and kindly informed us of it, but we mistakenly refunded her partially. A full refund has been issued, as well as our apologies.Best,Team Wunderkeks
