I brought a flat tire to Big O and spoke with Rich Johnson. He advised me that the tire I brought in and sidewall damage and that it wasn't safe. I am on social security and told him I would have to wait on getting a new tire. He found a used tire that fit my car, mounted it and did not charge me a dime. I spoke with three different employees there and each one was courteous! Using that used tire until my next pay check meant a lot to me, so I can continue using my car. I am very grateful for the friendly, helpful way that I was treated.

On December 18, 2015, my 82 year old father in law was having driver side window issues, my father-in-law is a retired USN SeaBee (21 years), honorably discharging as a Senior Chief, with 2 tours of duty in Vietnam ;
Not knowing where to go he pulled into Big O Tires. These people charged him $215.99 for a window regulator and $133.99 for a window switch, plus $95.00 labor. Then demanded CASH, total invoice $498.94
