The customer [redacted] called and asked us to tow in his vehicleHe stated the fuel pump was out on the Surburban and needed changedHe had his own parts but were wrong for that type of vehicle so the part would not workWe were unaware of the part being wrong until we attempted to installed itA fuel pump requires hoses and lines that were rusted to be replacedHe was notified when the part was incorrect and we had to order the correct part with correct hoses and lines to make the veichie work properlyHe was called and made aware of all repairs and stated to continue to fix the vehicleThe overheating issue, brakes, and power starring was not checked because the customer didn't ask for this serviceAccording to our survalliance cameras this customer was the only person in and out of the vehicle before he picked up the Suburban Regards, D [redacted] WrightWay Automotive

but were wrong for that type of vehicle so the part would not work. We were unaware of the part being wrong until we attempted to installed it. A fuel pump requires hoses and lines that were rusted to be replaced. He was notified when the part was incorrect and we had to order the correct part with correct hoses and lines to make the veichie work properly. He was called and made aware of all repairs and stated to continue to fix the vehicle. The overheating issue, brakes, and power starring was not checked because the customer didn't ask for this service. According to our survalliance cameras this customer was the only person in and out of the vehicle before he picked up the Suburban.
