Wright Refrigeration

Wright Refrigeration was assigned by AHS on 11/01/2023, to fix an ice maker, which they never did. First, even though they were assigned they didn't contact me with in the time frame, I had to call AHS to contact them and set an appointment. Secondly, they replaced the part but the ice maker still wasn't functioning (making ice), so I texted the company to report that the problem wasn't fixed. This was on 11/06/2023. I also called AHS to report that the problem had not been resolved. They told me that Wright Refrigeration would contact me with in 24 hours, almost 72 hours passed and no call from them, so when I called today 11/09/2023 AHS put me on hold and they spoke to Wright Refrigeration to ascertain what the problem was and their response was that they are unable to fix it, they made no attempt to notify me or AHS of this problem. If I had not been following up, I would still be waiting. I complained to AHS about this company even before they dispatched about problems other have had with them but them by reading customer reviews/complaints. They don't deserve the one star, but I couldn't leave it blank

This company is unresponsive. I am a customer of American Home Shield. I called to register a problem on July 23, 2020 that my oven was not working. Someone from Wright's showed up on July 25, 2020. He told me I needed a new control panel. He left no paperwork. A week later I called and left messages to see if the part had been ordered. I have yet to receive an answer. I then called AHS. They said that Wright's was expecting my call to set up the next step. I still have not had any of my messages returned. I will not use the company and from all the many negative reviews I've read I question why AHS still uses this company to service their home warranty customers. Horrible experience. Beware!!!!

This Company is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! They came out to my house July 2, 2019 and diagnosed my refrigerator problem as a contractor for American Home Shield. William notes on the paperwork that the compressor needed to be replaced and that the part was gonna take 5-7 days. I called on July 8 and asked if the parts where n they said no and could not/would not give me an ETA. Mind you I had to call several time before I could reach anyone. They said the parts were on order but would not give me an ETA. So I waited another week and no call no repair so I had to start communications with AHS directly so they could get a response. They AHS In turn said the parts was suppose to be with contractor (Wright Refeigeration) on July 18, 2019, so the called and he (william) in turn hung up on AHS! This company should not be given any contracts for repairs because they are Non-responsive and are terrible! I’m still waiting for my refrigerator to be repaired as of July 20,2019. WORST Company EVER do NOT call them for repairs HORRIBLE
