on June I arrived at days inn Hotel around midnight I awake up out of my sleep and relizzed I was beaten by bed bugs I went to the front desk I told the receptionist about my problem she informed me that management was not in to resolve my matter and I culd write a complaint letter I did so I told her I would wait fo management she told me I would have to leave the premises immediately this was around am I told her I was not suppose to check out until the manager came in and told me to leave and that he was calling the police on me I explained to him why do I have to leave and paid my room fee, Police came I explained my problem so I took my complaint further to headquarter I was given a reference number [redacted] and was told to call back a week later to get my matter resolved I called back and was told to upload photos of my incident I did everything I was told and still nothing was resolved I call back weeks later and got the ran around, no help for my matter
