Review: I responded to a solicitation for a 1 year subscription to the magazine. On May 15,2013, I paid $35.00 to the company for a year subscription. I never received anything after payment was received. I tried contacting the company by phone with no success. I have emailed 2 different representatives from the company on three different occasions with no success. No one at the company will respond to my calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I would like the $35.00 back that I paid for the subscription.

We are in the process of refunding his subscription cost of $35.00 even so we have not done anything wrong. His subscription had started with the September 15, 2013 issue as scheduled.
Purchase date was 5/15/2013 and not the 3/15/2013 as listed which meant his subscription was scheduled to begin with our September 15, 2013 issue of Wrestling USA Magazine since we don't publish during June, July or August.
