Wrenn Zealy Properties

Me and my family have been with Wrenn Zealy Properties Inc. for several years now and have not had any issues with them! They are very sweet people and their maintenance techs are very nice and respectful.

I lived in an apartment managed by them for almost 4 years. Not once was I late on rent or had complaints until I put up an ABOVE ground pool in backyard for my children. I received a 24 hour notice to take it down and I called same day to resolve issue and woman told me that I might as well know the owner was evicting us. I couldn't believe it. I haven't complained on many of the maintenance issues. The apartments overall are really run down and old. Kids come to mow yard and we actually had to mow backyard after several snakes were found by my children. They have now sent an invoice saying someone had to be paid 70.00 to come check if the pool had been removed, which it had. They are a management company. That is their job. As it comes to find out the rude red headed lady from the office has friends moving in upstairs and it makes all sense now of why my family is being done this way. I also am currently 8 months pregnant and being done this way.
