Wreckless Hobbies

Purchased two *** computers both $150 each. Purchased two 4cell batteries $140 each back in June, 2019. All four items are guaranteed through the company for a year. In order for me to file my warranty claim, I need the original receipts which are located in the stores database. I have been none stop trying to retrieve my receipts with constant run-around from the owner, ***. My husband, *** and I cannot continue to wait because we are out almost $600 without those receipts. Any contact to Wreckless Hobbies results in a verbal argument and the store hanging up the phone. I don’t accept this type of customer service. If we don’t receive the receipts owed to us within a timely manner, we will seek legal assistance in doing so
