years ago. Nor can we provide free service calls for a cctv system that was installed January 2013. We are giving you 30 days notice to find another monitoring company for the security system.           After 7/8/2016 our company will no longer monitor nor communicate with you. Harassment charges will be filed if you continue to contact our vendors.Thank you

Review: I contracted with Wraytec for services June 1 2012. I made quarterly payments through 12-31-12. I I canceled the contract when I sold the home and asked for a refund for services paid in advance. they owe me $80. I have made many attempts to get a refund including phone messages, phone contact on 1/14/13 where Dave said he would refund the money. He did not. I eventually got my contractor involved and he spoke with Dave on 4-15-13 saying he would refund the money. He has not done so. I am seeking a refund of $80.Desired Settlement: Wraytec owes me $80. I am seeking a refund.
