I had a new driveway installed and approximately 1 year latter it was cracking. I had to Waite approximately 6 months before any action was taken. I agreed to have them repair it and it has cracked again . I also have cracking on edges . I have sent emails to *** and have called and when I do it is stressful and customer service or care is non existent.
I paid them $9800.00 their installation factors is " finish asphalt should produce a stable driveway lasting 15 to 20 years"

When I do call it becomes a stressful conversation with various excuses and that it's my fault or someone else caused the cracking

The cracking is in the middle of driveway. It has occurred twice in the same area. The edges is a current issue.

It is very difficult to deal with them. They never come or inspect the the problem. I sent emails of the cracking. What I received from conversation is I'm on the road I don't read emails
I upset that there is NO consideration or care about their installation. This should not happen to a new installed driveway.

*** shows no interest in what is occurring with cracking and it takes months to get any responses. To sum it up *** does not stand behind their work. I am so upset and frustrated dealing with them.It takes numerous calls to speak to someone and when I do it is stressful, combative and they make the conversation defensively.
