We became customers of WOW in January The technician was very knowledgeable and niceWe have had several internet issues, box issues and billing issues since starting service with WOW a mere months agoAbout 70% of the customer service staff is very nice, but none seem to have an extraordinary amount of knowledge about any of the services and the billing statement never reflects even close to the same amount two months in a rowIn months we've had bills range from $to $without a change in servicesWhen asked about the charges there is always an explanation that doesn't really make senseThere are always a ton of fees and extra billing on every bill Some of WOWs customer service reps are extremely condescending and on occasion downright rude
