Review: I had a membership up until January 2015 which I went through the process of sending the certified letter to cancel and received comfirmation at the time that I was cancelled. I had no further charges after this. Now 7 months later, I received a charge for the membership on a different card then they were given which is a whole different account as the one they had was compromised and closed. I went into the business after calling and told I would get a call back and the employee there was very rude and told me there was nothing they could do. I got the regional managers number and again told I would get a call back and never did. I went in again this morning to the [redacted] location and talked to a managers who said they lost my certified letter and told my account was still active. He proceeded to start the cancellation process again without the letter this time and told me I had to contact [redacted] who does their billing. [redacted] said that they only take payments from the people who they send over, that they don't issue refunds and to contact Wow Fitness. They also said that I have a balance of about $200 which I shouldn't have because I was being charged up to January. I've been getting a run around with no solutions or the willingness to help me. I would like my money back but there are no efforts on their part to start the refund process.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $10.64 and the balance of about $200 they said I owed.

Review: Despite already having filed one complaint through the Revdex.com and gotten a response from WOW! Work Out World stating that they would cancel my account and cease billing, they continue to bill me.This is the second month after their response to my initial complaint that they have billed me. Last month I had to contest the charge through American Express. I will also be contesting it through American Express this month. But if you're going to tell me through the Revdex.com that you're going to stop billing me, you need to STOP BILLING ME.Desired Settlement: Refund all fees billed and cease billing.
