Wow Wigs

I purchased an item from Wow Wigs and returned it. I purchased another item that was defective (missing a clip), I purchased a third item and wanted to exchange it. I was told I could not exchange it or have the store credit. I was forced to take a refund instead and basically told that I wasn't allowed to ever order from them again because my two other orders hadn't worked out. Hair pieces and wigs are not a "one size fits all" type of thing. I found them to be extremely insensitive to the fact that it is difficult to order these things through the mail and sometimes it may take several tries to find just the right thing. Terrible customer service! Don't waste your time or money here!
