We have spoken with this customer and he indicated his issue has been resolved with our field technicians. We are assuming this case closed.

I am rejecting this response because: though [redacted] with WOW Cable did email me and we exchanged a few emails, [redacted] informed me that they would not redact the charges on my previous account due to the lack of evidence they were at any fault. I advised [redacted] that was an unacceptable response and that I would now contact the local media. I have reached out to all of the news stations in my area and am waiting for their reply.

We were able to resolve the service issues in the home with an onsite technician and we have provided a credit for the time that the service was not working properly. We are assuming the case as closed because we have resolved the service issues and provided credit for the time that the service...

This customer also submitted the same complaint via the FCC. We will handle the complaint through the FCC.
We have the Field Supervisor assisting the consumer at this time. An appointment is scheduled for November 1st for a site visit.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was told by the technician who completed my install the original agreement would be changed because of the equipment change after the install. He stated the price would go down. I was told by a WOW representative after I received my first bill and called in that my monthly rate would be $99.25 per month for 12 months.I was told by another WOW representative ([redacted] ID #[redacted]) on 10/28/2016 at 1:10pm EST that my monthly rate is $99.25 per month for the first 12 months. I expect the business to review this call and honor the deal their representative extended to me the customer. I expect this rate since these calls were all verbal legitimate contracts made by WOW. I believe the business must stand behind with the representatives tell the customer.This is the definition of "better business." Sincerely, [redacted]

Called & discussed issue with customer. Unfortunately, we cannot go back and review calls that old, however, the memos on the account from that time are sufficient to support customer's claim. Issued credit to clear charged-off balance.

This issue has already been resolved by our customer service team and an adjustment has been issued to the bill. We were unable to reach the customer by phone, so we have sent an email to the address she provided in her complaint.
