Wow Detailing

Review: The company is run by a brother [redacted] and sister out of their home. The whole entire busines is very unprofessional. Everything that was promised was never delivered upon. I made multiple calls to set up a time for them to look at the interior of my daughter's car so that they could see what type of stains were on the seats. They did not want to take the time to look in advance. I was assured that they have equipment that would get the stains out. The day that I finally took the car at a pre-arranged time, no one was there to even greet me. I called from the driveway and [redacted] stated he was in the shower, and he told me to drop the keys in the slot in the door. It told him I needed the car to be done by 4 p.m. I also wrote it on a slip of paper that I attached to the key. When I went to pick up the car, it was not ready. I left to give them more time, and when I came back, they could find the keys. The seats were soaking wet, so they put a towel down for me to sit on to drive the car home. Of course, with wet seats, I could not tell if some of the stains had come out. When the seats finally dried, there were big stains on the back portion of the seat from the water and cleaners. I called to tell them and they scheduled another appointment to bring the car over to fix it. No one was home. I went at a later time and confronted [redacted], who again promised to come to my home to fix the seats. He stood me up. I continued to call and was told by the woman that she did not know anything about promises made by her brother, but that she would make it right. She promised to call me back in 30 minutes because she was with a customer. I am still waiting weeks later! They are both the type of people that tell you what you want to hear, but NEVER keep their word. I would NEVER recommend this car detailing place to anyone.Desired Settlement: I was told by [redacted] the day I originally dropped off the car that if the stains did not come out, he would not even charge me. Well, I want at least $50 back...half of the amount that I was charged. For all of the hassle and many, many calls I made to them, I believe this is more than fair.
