I feel that Worth Residential has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for this tenant in answering her questionsI did find some errors on her ledger once reviewed and corrected them as I told her I would doWe even waived the remaining late fees for November in order to help her outI feel the complaint was filed in a state of her being upset due to her phone conversation with myself in which she began to yell and scream and would not calm down, so with fair warning I hung up the phone.
