They sold me a car on 10th of Oct. I paid for the car with a cashier's check. The next day they repo my new car and kept the check they stole my moneyThey still have my Money and my car.Desired SettlementThey owe me 12500 for the car and 460 for taxes and tags. We had no choice but to pick up the car because her bank told us that the check was "no good". Yes, Ms. [redacted] was upset and the next business day the matter was resolved. Her bank made an error and the car was returned to Ms. [redacted]. All issues have been resolved. It was the banks fault not ours or hers. The bank has even agreed to refund the cost of the repo to us. She has her car and has made no other complaints.
