Review: My husband and I placed an order 12-Apr-2014 8:19:07 PDT for 1,000 worms, and have yet to receive shipping notification; although, the payment of $18.14 was immediately deducted from our account. I tried contacting the customer support on five different occasions spanning the nearly two months that bring us to the present. My invoice number is [redacted] my customer id is [redacted] my transaction id is [redacted]; however, my order number changed following the initial "Place Order" notification to [redacted] The order and payment confirmation stated the following:

I would also note that the original order notification was from [redacted]. This is confusing because I received two notification following one after the other, and so it is difficult to describe the information without noting both (which I have tried to do in this complaint). This order was placed on my [redacted] and I am wondering whether I should report the company as possibly being fraudulent.Desired Settlement: We would like our credit card charge reimbursed for the purchase not received. We are not satisfied with the company, and therefore, we no longer want the order.

Review: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, OR ANTHING ASSOCIATED WITH," [redacted]"!!!!! I ORDERED MEALWORMS FROM WORMMAN'S WORM AND CRICKET FARM ON JAN. 30TH.,2014. I HAVE SENT TWO EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE. I HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY NUMBER, AND IT IS AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR,: [redacted]". I HAVE RESEARCHED THIS MAN AND HE HAS SEVERAL JUDGEMENTS AGAINST HIM! AFTER FINDING 3 PHONE NUMBERS THAT WERE DISCONNECTED,I CALLED MY BANK. HE HAD WITHDRAWN THE MONEY FOR THE PURCHASE. THEY GAVE ME A CONTACT NUMBER FOR HIM, IT WAS HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER, NOT A BUSINESS. HE PERSONALLY WITHDREW THE MONEY FROM ACCOUNT! HIS NUMBER IS,"###-###-####. I FONT KNOW IF THIS COMPANY IS EVEN REAL OR NOT. THERE ARE SEVERAL GOOD REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE, BUT THEY ARE FROM YEARS AGO, NOTHING CURRENT. I FEEL I WAS SCAMMED, AND I FEEL HE IS PROBABLY COIN THIS TO MANY OTHERS.Desired Settlement: I REQUEST MY $13.40 FOR THE ORDER.
