When you first walk in everyone is very kind and welcoming! The staff was very helpful here and even though I am still mourning the loss of my rottie, Worldwide was truely the best! The girls here could not have been more patient and kind while I start this process, I will definitely be getting my next dog from here. Just an amazing experience, highly recommend.

Me and my family my children are over the moon you talk to me through the whole situation and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.I wouod definitely recommend this place. I bought a puppy from them for my special needs child within oNe day the dog spend 7 days in the vet intensive care with full blown psneumonia this place overcharges as well as lies to its public Danielle should be barred as well as jenifer there animal mishandlers shut this puppy mill supporter! First day taking my puppy home 7/29/2020 worldwide sold me a sick dog he was having difficulty breathing I took Him to the vet on Sunday that just pass 8/1/2020 and had to bring a fecal sample not only did they tell me he had a infection to give him antibiotics for 7 days now I received a phone call today from vet that he has another infection parasite Garda and he will be needing another 2 different antibiotics for another 3 weeks I had Explain to them I was Coming all the way from Brooklyn they charged me 6,000 for a cavachon puppy this place is a fraud never will I recommend anyone to buy from here now I have to pay again in 3 weeks makes matter worse they told me the vet has to write a letter saying unfit for purchase after the vet called me saying the parasite is transferable from pets to humans and I have 3 children at home. I’m so upset I want to sue this place

During this Covid-19 pandemic I decided to finally go and purchase a puppy @worldwidepups. I made a trip this past Sept. 2019 seeking to purchase a puppy however in April 2020 happened to be the perfect time for us. I spent about an hour choosing the right puppy for my family & I and ended up getting a mini schnauzer. While I was there I showed concerns about the puppies breathing, and to me it sounded like a bit of congestion. The sales rep reassured me that the puppy just recently had a vaccine that was similar to the flu shot and brushed it off to it just being the way the puppy breathes. About 5 days later I took the puppy to the vet and found out that he has an upper respiratory infection and would need to be on antibiotics for the next 20 days! Not only was this puppy expensive but has an upper respiratory infection prior to me purchasing it.

In response to the complaint listed below, the customer was doing some renovation to his house himselfHe hired us (see attached invoices for the work we performed)
The customer is claiming we damaged his tile and the tile became loose
throughout the bathroomThe tiles in the bathroom were poorly installed by the customer himself
According to him, he was doing the majority of the work himselfIn regards to the hand prints on the wall, I spoke to him personally, and I visited the siteI did not observe

I asked the customer how long it took him to clean it and told him I would compensate him for his time as a courtesyEven though I did not observe any prints

Let me set the record straight:
- The company credited me $on my invoice for the time I spent cleaning my house - after I showed them the video and pictures of the finger/hand prints all over my walls
- I told the company I had already filed the Revdex.com complaint as they stood in my bathroom agruing with me - so if I wanted more money off, I would have asked for it in the original complaint
- I did not install any of the tile in my house, it was install well before I bought the house only last yearIn fact part of the company's defense to me was that it was old......interesting
- I have several contractors doing my remodel, this was just oneI am not completing any of the work myselfAll the work until now has been professionally done and people have cleaned up after themselves and respected my houseThis company most certainly did not
I finish by saying that the response from the company paints me as a liar and greedyHowever, the real facts would seem to point out that In & Out Plumbing consistently lies to cover for themselves and lack of quality workmanship
I asked for them to fix my floor and an apologyI got $and the accusations and lies in responseDo not use this company under any circumstances
