Ordered free product, charged $39.95...30 days later charged $89.95 for subscription w/o authorization...never received any product!
Worldwide Health Supplements offered free supplement on Facebook..I ordered it and received an email on 12/29/18 advising my charge card would be charged $39.85 for product, shipping & handling...order to come in 3 to 4 days...never received product..then 1/14/19 a second charge was placed on my charge card for $89.95...never authorized this purchase...Tracking number on first order ***...

Still waiting on refund of $79.96 for returned product. It was returned almost 4 mos. ago.
They sold a product to my daughter (advertised on twitter). I did not approve of this and cancelled her account immediately. She was not even aware she was automatically enrolled to receive this product monthly as it was advertised as a "free trial." This advertising is very misleading to teenage girls who see this advertising on social media. We mailed the product back on Aug. 30, 2018 after speaking with Tenyshea on Aug. 29. We were told we would receive the full refund less a restocking fee. the total to be refunded would be $114.86. Our next phone call with PJ he told us they received the product and the refund would be issued in 2 payments: $34.90 in 7-10 days and $79.96 in 15-30 days. We received $34.90 in the 7-10 days but nothing on the other payment. I called again in October and was told "It will be sent to upper management again and I would have the refund in 15-30 days." Still nothing refunded by November so I called and was told again it would be sent to "upper management." On Dec. 3 I called again and was told it would be another 15-30 days. When I stated that this had been going on for way to long with too many promised of refund in "15-30 days" the rep agreed. He supposedly checked with "upper management" and told me they approved my refund and was not sure why it was not issued yet. He said I would have the money within 10 days. Well, needless to say, I still do not have the refund and it has been 25 days. I called again today and was told it would be another 15-30 days. We just want our money back as was promised to us in August.

Product had not shipped- sent email asking to cancel altogether or if this was a subscription to not charge my card.
They came back and said too late it has shipped, but they will not be charging for any additional products.. hah.

My card is charged $89.95 by WWS, when emailed and asked to return my money, my first reply was-- you did not request to stop subscription in first 15 days so you are stuck with $ 89.95 charge, but we will cancel you now.

Well I just sent my copy of email from 10/26/18 with request to stop any subscription and notified company that I was going to file a Revdex.com report.. this is maddening.

They fraudulently charged my card twice within two weeks, so I would be charged before I could dispute. I have sent them many emails.Phone doesn't wor
11/6/18 tracking number. The only number I have XXXXXXA942. There was one before, but they never sent any info. I have not received the product. My Discover card had filed a dispute.

On July 25,2018 I ordered a diet pill Ketox, at what I thought was $29.99 for 4 bottles, turn out to be per bottle. I was charged $199.99 which they immediately took out of my account. Called to get refund and was told I had to wait for them to arrive, call to get a RMA#, send it back, wait for them to receive it, on August 3, wait till their system received it, August 7. Kept calling weekly till August 29 they issue the refund minus the $9.99 restocking fee and was told to wait 7 - 10 days for it to show in checking account. It is October 2 and after. Numerous calls to them and my bank, I have yet to receive my money.
