Review: I purchased an oven 3 days ago and have a 60 day warrantee on the parts which they will not honor and hang up the phone every time I call. The [redacted] is very confrontational and antagonistic when he answers the phone. I have a warrantee for store credit which they also refuse to honor.Desired Settlement: All I would like is to have them send a technician as promised to fix the broken oven they sold me.

Review: I bought a dough sheeter machine and this was supposely new. I did not know that this machine is trifacet for electricity. My place is a 1 face only for electricity and I called them back to exchange for another one because this was not the machine that I needed and it was not new. The owner was absent for two days then I went to the store to speak to him. He told me that I can not exchange it nor return the money because this was a final sale. I told him that I want to exchange it but he said that he did not have the other machine. I told him that this machine is not knew. He told me that this was a final sale and that he cannot return the money. I am starting a business and this stopped my production for 3 days.Desired Settlement: Refund
