Worldwide Distributors

I purchased a Microsoft Surface RT on Amazon.com, the ad described it as newBut when I started having problems with it I contacted Microsoft for tech help and the tablet had already been registered for tech support which had expiredI let the company and Amazon know about the problem and even filed an A-Z claim, neither Amazon nor Worldwide Distributors will helpI called the customer service for Worldwide Distributors and they were RUDE! The lady claimed she was manager and supervisor and that no one else was availableI am currently filing a claim with Frost Bank to help me get my money back, so far no word from the companyIf I still don't get a response next move is to file a claim with the Revdex.comBut I advise NO ONE TO GET ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY!

I bought a [redacted] galaxy ** edge and in while I was setting it up a green vertical line appeared on the right side of the screen I contact the seller for assistance only to be told that they can't replace it or refund me becaused I broke the seal witch I find is so dum how could I now of the problem if I don't open the box?
