We are extremely dissatisfied with this companies policy and/or management of trips during this current crisis. My daughter (along with fellow 8th graders) was scheduled for a trip in mid May, However, due to the timing of the trip and the safety of our children in mind-we opted out of postponing the trip and decided to cancel. I called repeatedly and was told to send verification of cancellation via email-done, multiple times. When I called to inquire if they received my confirmation I was told to send confirmation in writing. I called again...sent an email again...finally they verified that was the course of action I was taking and they acknowledged it. Originally I was told that I would receive a refund around the time of her previous departure time. I called again today and I have been told that refunds may no be issued until July. This is unacceptable! Particularly at a time when many can not work due to the current circumstances. On one occasion I was brushed off because our trip was not nearly as expensive as some of the others. We will most definitely avoid this company for any future trips and I would encourage anyone else to do the same.
