Worldstrides

I am beyond frustrated and very disappointed with this company. I feel like I am being robbed. I signed up through my daughters 8th grade class to travel to DC end of April for their 8th grade trip. We been making payments since September. With this covid19 pandemic going on right now, they decided to cancel the trip and would NOT REFUND my money, which I paid for three people. Mind you, I paid around $2,000 for three of us. Due to their policy that I did not purchase their “reimburse program” I would only get a “voucher” to use or maybe “sell” to somebody else. There goes my $2000 of hard earning money down the drain. I cannot express how frustrated I am right now. I am beyond angry and upset. I will NEVER EVER use world of strides if it is used through any school in the future nor I recommend it to any human being I know. It is unfair because the trip is canceled due to this covid pandemic. We should at least get our money back regardless.
