Review: I ordered 2 coffee mugs on 06/08/2014. they processed my payment, however, they never shipped the mugs out to me. I emailed them on 06/19/2014 and 06/24/2019 and have had no response. I also tried calling them on 07/01/2014 and they do not pick up their phones.They have my money and I don't have my merchandise.Desired Settlement: I am trying to resolve this through [redacted].
