The business refuses to give me a full refund because they do not want to remove the sale or for other unknown reasons. They also have the device( Iphone 6+) and has been stalling replaced a newly damaged phone on their behalf. I have been back and forth; from Brooklyn to Bronx where each time I am...

given a new date for when the phone will arrive. In this case I DO NOT want any merchandise from them but a full refund.
