This company is billing my mothers bank account after being notified she passed away in March and charging late fees.
After my mother passed away I contacted world of homes to get her account up-to-date with payments I have been making the monthly dues payments however they are still attempting to bill my mothers closed bank account after being notified of her passing. They are also assessing $25 return check fees from an account which is no longer open again they have already been notified and new payment arrangements have already been made.
I don't know how they are still building my mom's checking account that's already been closed. I've logged into mom's online account it does not show any pending payments nor does it show anyway to cancel payments besides contact us Which is what I did I contacted them and made payment arrangements and brought the account up to date and send them monthly payments from my own personal account.

We understand that you've had issues with updating a property name after the unfortunate loss of your mother, our prayer are with you and her.
Unfortunately in this situation there are requirements that we must have completed to change property and personal information. While your claim has been proven true, we see many attempts of trying to change property information without verification. Of course this is standard and a requirement for security, there is absolutely nothing personal or against your person.
After receiving the appropriate documentation, the account was updated and any fees credited to the account as already promised. With this the complaint may be closed resolved unless you have any other information that needs updating for the property.

Fantastic Company with great managers! Recommend them before any other company that we've worked with before!
The world of homes is a poorly run disorganized company. Despite providing a change of address to them. They have sent our billing to the wrong home. They have confused our address with that of other families and then intend on charging us for fees that have accumulated due to heir poor performance. In addition they are so disorganized that they put a lien on the wrong property causing mayhem where ever they go. Shame on world of homes.
Contracting World of Homes to manage your property is like asking for the 2008 housing market to crash all over again. The only thing this management company will ensure is your property values to drop. They fail on every level of basic property management. I own several condos in various condo complexes across central Florida, some of which managed to make upgrades and make the places better despite the huge foreclosure crisis started in 2008 and 2009. Increasingly the property world of homes manages looks like a run down complex. They have since moved and changed their location in order to hide their other business rating of a D.
In my opinion I would not recommend anyone to use this company to manage their HOA. Poor communication lack or follow up. Please do yourself a favor and find another company. If not check with other HOA that a using them not the list they give you.
Moved in 07/2017. First there was no chlorine and I had multiple urinary tract infections from swimming every day. Then after I complained to WOH manager Tiffany and CJ F, your pool guys who drive an unmarked van dumped too much chlorine in which also made me sick with more burning UTIs (the chemical readings were way above 8.0 for chlorine and the pH was also escalated beyond the normal scale.) You never cleaned the leaves out of the pool before I complained. The pool has been shut down by the Health Department twice since 07/2017. The pool turned GREEN after the hurricane and you never posted any warning signs to let people know the pool wasn't available after the hurricane!! It's been weeks now...
You've painted the buildings section 8 colors. The speed bumps ruin my car. There is always trash out in the street that we have to drive over to make it out to Michigan Ave. There is a dead cat floating in the lake by the pool!!!
