I was not worried about placing my card information on the account because there is the so called “free trial period”, the woman sent another link to do it ultimately took me to a very similar “sex site”. Ultimately both of these sites are processed by Plymouth Associates Ltd. My card was charged when there was a free trail period. I called to cancel the account and request a refund for “xshag” a representative Sam helped me. I called again moments later to do the same for “mysecretsexmate” I got Sam again, lucky me. I cancelled and request a refund. She notified me that I consented because I exchanged 2-3 messages and then deleted the account. Sam was extremely helpful in assisting me. With all this said there I am expecting a full refund as soon as possible. In addition, Illinois is a two party consent state regarding recordings, thus your company is in violation of this since it was not stated during my conversation with Sam that the call would be recorded! I’d prefer not to escalate this but I’m sure I’m not the first or last person that your company has or will do this too. Legal action may be my best course of action if your company does rectify this situation. Maybe file with the Attorney General would be the best course of action. I look forward to speaking with someone soon.
