Review: My 86 year old father in law was mislead. He sent several checks to the PO box listed thinking that he was signing up to win money in a group lottery. The company does not list a phone number, email, or website. The literature targets seniors with sensational advertising. The information falsely lists many promising and profitable claims with zero actual return. The names used are alias names (Professor [redacted] PhD, and [redacted]), multiple organizations were listed (Lucky Numbers and Numerology Interpretation Club, Lottery Laboratory Systems, and International Lottery Analytics), all of which can not be located with in depth internet searches. The information states that it is risk free with money back gaurantees, however there is no way to contact them. All information is to be sent to [redacted] (and also box [redacted]), [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want all communication from these organizations to stop. I want my father in law's money returned.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution (a reimbursement check) is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, I question the legality of the firms claims, marketing techniques, and alias that they publicly marketing. I have every intention on forwarding their marketing information that I have file on to the Consumer Protection Bureau at the Attorney General's Office for further review.
