Marketplace has horrible customer service, they do not return emails or phone calls
Marketplace currently manages my rental property When we got started and found tenants, I had told Marketplace that we did not want any tenants using the pool We did not want any liability for the pool nor did we want the tenants to break anything because pools can be very costly Taking care of a pool is a lot of work and you need to know how to do it I didn't want to deal with any headaches as far as the pool went Marketplace agreed with me so I figured I was at ease when it comes to the pool I find out that the tenants are opening the pool and when I email and call several people from Marketplace in regards to this, I have not gotten a response from any of them on how they will resolve this problem I emailed and called them weeks ago and again today and no response
