I purchased the Sunday paper as a gift to my daughter for the coupons in April 2016 for $12 a month. She recently moved so I asked if I should have the paper delivered to her new address and she said she hadn't received any papers. I called today to file a complaint and get a refund, but the representative said she could only give money back for the last 5 weeks. I feel like they just took my money.
