After receiving a collections letter from Penn Foster I called and spoke with collection agency to inform them I never signed up for anything with Penn Foster ( I had to research what Penn Foster even was) The collection agency stated it looked like a cause of fraud and was going to close it out However, I just received a letter from a collection agency again in the amount of $ I never signed up for anything and I am very upset that I keep receiving this, it is damaging to my credit and downright upsetting I have attempted to call Penn Foster numerous times and can never get through to an actual person!
