World Class Credit Repair

I was recommended to this company via an online post. Upon contacting the owner, was told about pricing, and how the process will go once the payment is made. I made the payment and did not hear from the owner for weeks. After several attempts to contact the owner, I was told he would begin helping me the following week. Two weeks had passed and he began to work on my file as he calls it. About a month later I checked my credit report and I did not see any changes. I was told by the p=owner that because of the Equifax breach it would take some time to see changes. Another month later I lost access to two of my credit cards. After several phone calls to managers in different departments I was told fraud was listed on my accounts. I had those cards for over 5 years I have never reported fraud on them or any of my accounts. I then started to get letters in the mail about items that were on my credit report now being closed due me reporting them as being opened without my knowledge which was totally false. When I contacted the owner about it he claims he never touched those items, and had no idea what I was talking about. When I asked about things being listed as fraud he had no answer for it. I even asked for a refund he told me now, and that I'm only asking for a refund because I didn't get the same results as his other clients. That was my exact problem and complaint. I was promised one thing and did not get what was promised. This company is scamming several people out of money with no real resolution to the much bigger problem for the clients in the future.
