I have contacted them for a refund due to a change in our travel schedule with my husband because both of us are working parents and my daughter can not attend the camp.
The lady who answered the phone told me, they do not refund anything unless our girl is injured. I would understand if they kept a portion of it but holding %100 of $600 is a scam and I informed them 4 months ahead of the camp start time.
At the time of the registration, I neither was provided with a refund policy for summer Camp nor it was emailed to me. They have no refund, terms of sale policy information during registration process on the website. When I called and talked to a lady named Abby, she said: "we do not have anything written, this is how it is.". As a consumer signing up for their camp for the first time how am I supposed to know this?
Is it even legal for them to keep my money without any refund policy posted on the web or emailed to me during the registration?
She said she will get back with me next week, which I am sure they will come up with a refund policy and post it on the website within this week!
I would like to file a complaint and expect to receive a full refund.
they have no policy in effect at this time.
