Review: I purchased a GMC Denali Envoy from World Capital Auto Mall in October **, 2014. The problem is that I have been having problems with the truck and I been trying to contact them four the pass 4 weeks, they are not returning my phone calls or texts. Every time that I would call I would speak to one of his employees, who would tell me that they would have [redacted] to contact me. And to top it off they had the audacity to move with out informing their customers. The reason I know this is because I drove by the location so that I can speak to some one in person. I am so disappointed, because I took out a loan and gave them $3,000.00 dollars. I feel that I have been scammed and they knew that the truck had problems and still sold the truck to me.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to repair the truck or reimburse me for the money that I have to spend to repair the truck myself.
