Working America

Review: On 5/6/2013 I had a representative approach me at home regarding the Working America program. After careful consideration I decided to join this organization and contribute 27.00 on a monthly basis. Before committing to this monthly contribution I was specific in making sure that at if any time I was not able no longer able to support them, I would be safe to cancel a any time AND not be hassled nor have any issues doing so. Due to recent events I have been unable to continue these monthly contributions. In an effort to cancel this relationship I have contacted Working America at their corporate level to reach the result I was seeking. After multiple attempts I have been unsuccessful. Each time that I have contacted Working American I am always sent to a voicemail. In my messages I am very direct and detailed about my request always leaving receipt info along with contact information. After once again being ignored (not even so much as an attempt to return my calls) my bank has been debited the 27.00 I have been trying t cancel for two months. This last withdrawal, 9/9/2013 it overdrew my account leaving me to not only be responsible for 27.00 that I did not have but also having to pay a 34.00 overdraft fee.Desired Settlement: I would like the two months that I have been trying to cancel plus the 34.00 overdraft fee that I am charged for my account being overdrawn.
