I have been waiting two weeks for the owner to return my call I contracted with The Cleaning Authority to clean my home once a month They came a total of five times, with two of the times providing very unsatisfactory service and one time being a make up service due to such a bad job being doneDuring the third cleaning, my cat was locked up in my room the entire day and the living room was not cleaned I canceled service after the fifth time as I found globs of hair stuck in some kind of liquid in the middle of my bathroom floor, the shower curtain in the other restroom was on the floor and detached from the rod, the kitchen counters had crumbs on them, the soap dish broken, etc When I called to speak to the owner, I was told he was not available and that he would definitely contact me still waiting The person I spoke with was rude and kept putting words in my mouth She said that I stated that I wanted all of my money refunded and that I said no work was done both not true I offered to send pictures, but she said she did not want to see them I would not recommend this company to anyone
